Name: Philip Roman Oleson Dates: Birth date: May 18, 1936 Death date: February 04, 2010 Obituary: Philip R. Oleson, age 73, Weston, died Thursday, February 04, 2010 at his home under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice. He was born May 18, 1936 in Milwaukee the son of the late Leon and Emily (Budnick) Oleson. On June 8, 1957, Philip was united in marriage to Elmira Miller in Bevent. She preceded him in death on June 9, 2009. Philip worked as a purchasing agent for Moduline windows for many years before his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and just puttering around the house. Philip will be missed by his family and friends. Philip is survived by three daughters; Lynn (Brian) Thusius, Ringle, Deb (Michael) Manley, Mosinee and Julie (Todd) Wanta, Las Vegas, five grandchildren; Mandy (Ryan) Stephenson, Angela (Chris) Arasmith, Nicholas Ostrowski, Lucas Manley and Rachel Manley; two brothers, Gerald Oleson, Schofield and Leon Oleson, Alaska; one sister-in-law, Lorraine Ostrowski, Schofield and nieces, nephews, and other relatives. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one brother, Allen Oleson; one sister-in-law, Jan Oleson and one brother-in-law, Ambrose Ostrowski. The family would like the thank Ministry Home Care Hospice, especially Peggy and Deb, for their care. Visitation: Visitation will be on Monday from 2pm until the time of services at the church. Service: The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 4:30pm on Monday, February 8, 2010 at St. Ladislaus Catholic Church, Bevent. Rev. Rex Zimmerman will officiate. Cemetery: Interment will be in St. Ladislaus Catholic Cemetery, Bevent |
