Louis C. Landowski, age 89, Bevent, died on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Rennes Health and Rehabilitation Center, Weston. He was born on September 15, 1920 in Bevent, the son of the late Anton and Angeline (Cherek) Landowski. On January 19, 1946, Louis was united in marriage to Eleanor Wisneski at St. Martin's Church, St. Martin's, WI.
Louis was a World War II Veteran and was a member of the Elderon Memorial Post #8068 Veterans of Foreign Wars. He worked for the former Midwest Breeders, now 21st Century Genetics until his retirement. He was a member of St. Ladislaus Catholic Church, Bevent and a member of the Men's Society. Louis enjoyed eating out, the outdoors but especially enjoyed the time spent with his family.
In addition to his wife, Eleanor, survivors include his children, Duane (Diane) Landowski, Mosinee, Diane (Neal) Hahn, Milwaukee, Darlene (Gary) Kaczmarek, Weston and Doreen Landowski, Green Bay; three grandchildren, Tracy (Rick) Jensen, Joelle (Eric Sanchez) Landowski, Christie (Chris Berry) Landowski; one great grandchild, Sage Berry; siblings, Lorraine Dryfka, Milwaukee, Arthur (Gladys) Landowski and Roger Landowski all of Bevent.
